Welcome to Bloom Wildly Florals. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian. These terms apply to all orders placed through our WooCommerce store and govern your use of the website.
2. Product Availability
All flowers and products listed on our website are subject to availability. Due to seasonal or supply constraints, certain flowers may not be available as pictured or described. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute flowers with similar items of equal or greater value, ensuring the style and quality are maintained.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders can be placed through our website, and all prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other available payment methods provided at checkout. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your order details for accuracy, as changes cannot always be accommodated once processing begins.
4. Delivery
We offer flower delivery services to Eganville and surrounding areas including Pembroke, Renfrew, Cobden, Golden Lake, and Douglas. Delivery fees are calculated based on location and will be displayed at checkout. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM, subject to product availability and delivery slot capacity.
- Delivery Times: We strive to deliver within the selected time frame but cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
- Unsuccessful Deliveries: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe location or contact the recipient to make alternative arrangements. Additional fees may apply for redelivery.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Order Cancellations: Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Orders canceled after this time are non-refundable due to the perishable nature of flowers.
- Refunds: If there is an issue with your order (e.g., damaged or incorrect flowers), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will either offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
6. Custom Orders
We love creating custom floral arrangements! If you would like a bespoke bouquet or specific flowers, please contact us directly. Custom orders may require additional time for preparation and delivery, and payment must be made in full at the time of order.
7. Subscriptions
Our flower subscription service allows you to receive fresh flowers on a recurring basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Subscription orders are billed automatically on the chosen interval. Subscriptions can be paused, adjusted, or canceled with 7 days’ notice before the next scheduled delivery.
8. Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
9. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. By placing an order, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your data to third parties, except where required by law or as necessary to complete your order (e.g., for delivery services).
10. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure the highest quality and timely delivery of all our products, Bloom Wildly Florals shall not be liable for any delays, damages, or failures in performance due to events beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or supplier shortages.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the website after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.
